At Dutchview, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Flexwhere, our SaaS platform for hybrid workplace management. In this role, you are responsible for strengthening the market position of Flexwhere, improving product adoption and ensuring that our product story resonates with customers.

You combine market insight, customer understanding and marketing expertise to help Flexwhere grow. You work closely with sales, marketing and development, ensuring that customer needs and market trends are translated into clear product positioning, campaigns and product improvements.

Purpose of the position

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for strengthening the market position and growth of Flexwhere.

You translate product capabilities into clear customer value, develop positioning and messaging, and drive product adoption through targeted marketing initiatives.

You represent the customer and market perspective within the product development process and provide input on product improvements based on customer feedback, usage data and market insights.

The Product Marketing Manager works closely with the Development Manager, Marketing team, Sales team and Commercial Director to align product development, marketing initiatives and commercial goals.

Result areas

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that support the growth of Flexwhere.

  • Define and maintain clear product positioning, messaging and value propositions.

  • Lead go-to-market activities for new product features and releases.

  • Initiate and manage campaigns that improve lead generation and product adoption, and analyse their effectiveness.

  • Translate product functionality into clear communication for customers, prospects and partners.

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor developments and translate these insights into opportunities for product and marketing improvements.

  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions about product development.

  • Analyse data from marketing dashboards, product usage and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

  • Educate colleagues in sales and marketing about the product story and provide input to improve product communication.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing and development to ensure alignment between product capabilities, market needs and commercial goals.

  • Strengthen the market position and brand recognition of Flexwhere.

  • Improve lead generation conversion rates.

  • Increase product adoption and usage among customers.

  • Contribute to improvements in customer satisfaction (NPS).

  • Define quarterly priorities and evaluate progress in monthly check-ins with the Commercial Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/HBO level of education or equivalent.

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing or a similar role.

  • Experience with SaaS products or software platforms is an advantage.

  • Experience with marketing campaigns, positioning and product communication.

  • Experience with modern digital marketing, content and growth tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Storylane, Midjourney and Large Language Models (LLMs), or comparable platforms used for marketing automation, product storytelling and campaign optimisation.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate data and insights into concrete actions.

  • Self-driven, creative, proactive and result-oriented.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Good command of English.
